1. Application Scope:
- water-based spray glue 611/611H is suitable for bonding outsoles, midsoles, uppers, and other parts in shoe manufacturing.
2. Features:
- Low odor and zero VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).
-Excellent resistance to yellowing, heat, aging, and hydrolysis.
- Good initial adhesion and strong tensile strength.
3. Usage Guidelines:
A. Equipment Setup: Load water-based adhesive 611 into the adhesive container.
B. Automatic Spray Application: After cleaning the surface of the shoe material, automatically spray adhesive 611 onto the surface.
C. Drying and Bonding: Dry at 60±5°C for 3-5 minutes. Bond and press the materials together as soon as possible after drying.
