General Purpose Vulcanised Shoe Adhesive

Solvent-based vulcanization adhesive is used for rubber, raw rubber, and bonding with shoe upper materials. It exhibits efficient vulcanization effects. Among them, 'N902' is a general-purpose solvent-based vulcanization adhesive, and 'N902W' is an solvent-based vulcanization adhesive with resistance to yellowing.

GUIDELINES FOR USE

  1. Before use, please add 5% of hardener (R950) and mix thoroughly.

  2. Depending on the condition of the PVC surface, clean it as necessary. Apply the adhesive evenly to the material's surface with a brush. Ensure that the adhesive is applied uniformly and not missing or accumulating.

  3. Drying time: Allow the adhesive to dry at room temperature for positioning, then use a hairdryer with hot air for activation. Activate and press together simultaneously. If conditions permit, dry in an oven at 55-65°C for 3-5 minutes before bonding for better results.
